We can provide all the elements your themed event needs from table linen, backdrops, balloons, costumes, entertainment, sound/lighting and acts.
We have lots of images and special printable documents that we offer to our prospective clients when you send an online / email enquiry, so we have a lot more to show than just the images on the website.
Backdrops
Choose from colour scenery, silhouette panels or the latest graphic backdrops to theme the perimeter of your room. We have packages for all the popular themes including Hollywood/red carpet, Las Vegas with fun casino tables, Moulin Rouge, James Bond, Casino Royale, Peaky Blinders, Gangster, 1920s/Prohibiton, Olympics or the musical eras of the 60s, 70s and 80s to name but a few.
Props
As well as having perimeter theming such as backdrops, flame machines and lighting effects, you can also hire props for many of your popular themed events. See the images at the bottom of this page.
Event prop hire can include something really glam like a red carpet hire, the welcome to Las Vegas sign, radioactive oil drums for your 007 party, brilliant large flame machines or individual items such as staging, themed lecterns, ropes & poles, lighting effects and of course, sound effects from our PA hire department.
Everything is priced on a bespoke basis, only you need to do is provide us with an outline brief of what you would like to create and the size of the room and we will come up with the rest, its easy! Will can deliver, set up and take away everything as well, so all you have to do is name the venue and the date and everything is taken care of.
Sound
Capturing and building the atmosphere of a theme night is a skill that takes many years of experience whether it be hosting a private birthday party or a corporate event.
Our in house sound department will tailor a system to suit your room size and type of party. Later unwind and dance into the night with our finest DJ and mobile disco facilities.
Lighting
Let us transform your venue with a wide range of lighting options. From something simple like uplighting and colour washing your walls or entrance, flame machines for a VIP entrance with red carpet or searchlights for the ultimate outdoor entrance.
We can also provide pin spot lighting for tables, full interior lighting rigs, led colour dancefloors, star cloth or a range of lighting effects to enhance your dancefloor area for the DJ.
Entertainment
In many cases you can link entertainment to your theme. For example you can use fun casino tables for your Las Vegas, Gangster, Hollywood, Monte Carlo or James Bond evening.
We also have many games for themes including the World Cup with table top football and many other games, Olympic theme entertainment with a wide range of simulators and lots of suggestions for games night and team building.
Speciality Acts
If you are looking for an Elvis impersonator, Sean Connery "look alike" or celebrity appearance we have extensive experience in sourcing and booking acts. We can also arrange bands, magicians etc to compliment your theme.
Balloon Displays
We can supply you with table displays or complete sculptures the choice is yours. Always colourful and very creative, have fun with our professional displays and take them away at the end of the event!
Costumes
Why not contact a local supplier or shop to find out what costumes might be available for hire, a themed party always looks so much better when guests are invited to attend in costume, and its great fun too.
Table Linen
Instead of using your plain venue linen, why not opt for a more colourful choice of table theming. We can supply just an overlay or a complete co-ordinated set including napkins.
